This series contains materials assembled by Gulick while he was working as a consultant for the Federal Government and includes correspondence, notes, reports, printed materials, charts, graphs, transcripts and other materials mostly dealing with World War II. Also included is a small amount of materials dealing with non-war matters but which falls within the 1940-1946 time period and was retained as part of this series.
